HTC Salsa, a touch screen smartphone intended for those who are interested in social networking sites. The Salsa provides a
dedicated button for Facebook. The HTC Salsa is powered by an
800MHz Qualcomm processor, with
3.4-inch touchscreen display and runs on
Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS with
512MB of RAM, has a
5-megapixel rear camera and a
front facing VGA camera for video calling, a
gravity sensor, a
digital compass and an
ambient sensor.
Currently
HTC Salsa is
available in India through Flipkart with a
price tag of just above 20K. Already availabile
in Taiwan with Chunghwa Telecom and has a suggested retail
price of NT$12,900 (US$449).
